At Tuckers Lane, each item is handmade with care, using natural timbers that contain their own unique grains, colours, and characteristics. Because of this, slight variations are normal and part of the charm of handcrafted pieces.

Returns & Refunds

We offer refunds or replacements if your item:

  • arrives damaged, or

  • is faulty

You must contact us within 7 days of receiving your order with photos and your order number at:

Change of Mind

Because our items are handmade and often personalised, we do not accept change-of-mind returns.

Custom or Engraved Items

Custom-made or personalised/engraved items are non-refundable unless they arrive damaged or faulty.
Please double-check all spelling and details before approving your engraving.

Damaged or Lost Parcels

If an order arrives damaged or is missing, we will assist you in making a claim with the courier and provide a solution where possible.
